Admiral 2

This dive site, Admiral 2, is located directly in front of the water bungalows of Rannalhi, situated on the outer edge of the atoll. It is primarily a captivating drop-off dive site featuring a beautiful wall. Divers can enjoy an easy drift along this wall, making navigation straightforward as the current guides them. There is no specific history or story provided for this site. The site boasts a huge variety of marine life, with an abundance of reef fishes populating the area. Along the wall, different coral formations are found, ranging from 6 to 23 meters before the wall transitions into deeper waters. Expect to see numerous species of colorful reef fish and vibrant hard and soft corals. The best time to visit the Maldives is generally during the dry season (December to April) for optimal weather and calm seas, though diving is possible year-round. This site is suitable for both scuba divers and freedivers, with its wall offering interesting depths. Divers should be mindful of their depth, especially along the sloping wall, and enjoy the effortless drift.
