This dive site, Anniela Thila, is an inside Atoll reef located approximately 30 minutes northeast of Joy Island in the Maldives. Divers typically explore the prominent wall that begins at a shallow 4-meter top reef and descends vertically, often featuring impressive overhangs down to the maximum specified depth. The dive involves navigating along this richly decorated wall, focusing on the intricate details within the overhangs and small caves. The wall and overhangs are vibrant with various sponges and leaf plate corals, providing a habitat for diverse marine life. Macro enthusiasts will appreciate the abundance of Glassfishes, Nudibranchs, Crabs, and different kinds of Shrimp found within the numerous little caves.
