This dive site presents a fascinating underwater experience centered around the Hembadhoo wreck. Located as a house reef of "Taj Coral Island," this intentionally sunk cargo ship offers an engaging dive for various skill levels. The wreck measures approximately 16 meters in length and rests upright on the sandy seabed, providing depths ranging from 15 to 25 meters. Divers can expect encounters with diverse marine life including moray eels, stingrays, and numerous lionfish. The area is also adorned with beautiful soft corals and black corals, alongside the intriguing longnose hawkfish. Nearby, a vibrant reef thrives, boasting healthy coral formations, delicate pink anemones, and schools of damselfish, creating a truly spectacular underwater environment.
