About this dive site

This dive site, affectionately nicknamed the "Beauty Salon" due to its prevalence of cleaner shrimp, offers a captivating underwater experience. The reef stretches approximately 80 meters in length and descends from a gentle 9-meter slope near the surface to around 15 meters at its deepest point. A diverse array of stingrays calls this area home, including Kuhl Stingrays, Torpedo Rays, and Blue Spotted Ribbontail Rays. The northern section is particularly noteworthy for hosting two resident Green Turtles alongside Crocodile Fish, occasional Stonefish, and Spotted Guitar Sharks. Throughout the reef, you’ll find a bustling community of lobsters, Marbled Octopuses, Reef Squid, Leaf Fish, juvenile Frog Fish, Ghost Pipefish, and Orangatang Crabs nestled in crevices. Larger marine creatures such as Honeycomb Whiptail Rays, Leopard Rays, and Blotched Fantail Rays can also be spotted on the sandy outer regions. This reef is a haven for macro enthusiasts seeking to observe fascinating invertebrates and small fish.
