This dive site, Plug Point in Oman, is a fringing reef characterized by large rocky boulders creating a varied underwater landscape. The reef starts at a comfortable 4 meters and gently slopes down to a maximum depth of 12 meters, making it easily navigable for even novice divers. There's a notable coral patch situated slightly away from the main reef, adding another dimension to the exploration.

The marine life at Plug Point is diverse and engaging. Expect to encounter impressive stingrays gracefully gliding across the sandy patches, alongside sea turtles calmly grazing on the reef. Cuttlefish, known for their remarkable camouflage abilities, are also commonly sighted amongst the coral and rocks. Various smaller reef fish will add to the vibrant underwater scene, along with a healthy variety of colorful corals and other invertebrates.
