This dive site, Dive n Trek, located near Anilao Pier, offers a gentle underwater environment characterized by natural rock and sand formations. Its proximity to Anilao (just 10 minutes by boat) makes it easily accessible. The site is known for its calm conditions with little to no current, providing easy navigation for divers of all skill levels across its varied topography.
Divers can expect to encounter a vibrant array of marine life, including schools of yellow striped snapper and many jackfish. Large giant clams can be found, alongside unique spaghetti garden eels. Smaller inhabitants like parrotfish and occasional small barracuda also frequent the area, contributing to the rich biodiversity of the site.
The best time to visit Dive n Trek, like much of Anilao, is during the dry season from November to May when visibility is generally excellent and conditions are calm. Its mild currents and moderate depths make it an ideal location for beginner divers to gain confidence, while experienced divers can enjoy macro photography opportunities.
