About this dive site
This dive site presents a captivating underwater experience. A substantial coral reef extends for almost 700 meters along an east-west axis, featuring a dramatic overhang teeming with life. This overhang is particularly notable as the habitat of the rare porcupine pufferfish, which can reach lengths of up to one meter. Trumpet fish frequently inhabit this area, often observed in small groups. The reef also supports diverse communities including various species of moray eels, shoals of yellow snappers and sardines. Protection afforded by the overhang includes stingrays, common brown rays, vibrant anemones, spider crabs, and cleaner shrimp. This location is favored by turtles and amberjacks, offering a mix of relaxation and exhilarating dives. Visibility appears to be good, allowing for full appreciation of this underwater ecosystem.
