About this dive site
This dive site offers a remarkably diverse underwater experience, situated close to shore in the Canaries. It’s renowned for its abundant marine life and captivating scenery. The area boasts prolific fish populations including common parrotfish, damsels, wrasse, and bream, alongside less frequent species like Shi Drum (verrugato), glasseye, marmor bream, jurel (yellow jack), painted comber, zebra bream, and some impressive giant anemones. You might even encounter angel sharks, three types of stingray, forkbeard, or bonito. The underwater landscape is stunning, featuring extensive wall dives around the reef’s perimeter, numerous caves, a small archway, and several larger holes – perfect for spotting morays and other intriguing creatures. Spring brings large shoals of sardines to this location. The guide may show you a variety of these animals.
