About this dive site
This dive site, known locally as "El Bello Rincón", is a unique location within a larger area. It's characterized by a prominent rock formation that rises from the seabed approximately 13 meters deep, culminating in a peak just 5 meters above the surface. This area is particularly famous for its abundant nudibranchs, which thrive on one of the rock walls, attracting both novice and experienced divers alike. Exploring the base of the rock reveals various gorgonian corals, false corals, and other cnidarians. The summit features substantial congregations of castañuelas and bogas, feeding on nutrients that frequently wash ashore. Scuba divers can also encounter beautiful mulefish that skillfully blend with the Posidonia seagrass covering the floor.
