This dive site, known as Flamingo, offers a captivating underwater experience in Lanzarote. It’s often described as an ‘underwater aquarium,’ boasting abundant marine life. The area is characterized by banks of bream that form the foundation of the ecosystem, surrounded by swarms of barracudas patrolling the walls. Schools of salema, bastard grunt, sardines and tuna create a vibrant spectacle within the area. Divers are encouraged to explore the seabed for intriguing silhouettes – specifically angel sharks and rays. The visibility is excellent, providing an immersive view of this thriving marine habitat.
