This dive site, Charco del Palo, offers a unique diving experience. The area boasts an unusual ecosystem characterized by lava arms cutting through pristine white sand. Divers can explore this landscape encountering various ray species including stingrays, eagle rays, and butterfly rays, along with spotted torpedo rays and angel sharks. Large moray eels are also frequently observed. Due to weather conditions, diving at Charco del Palo is somewhat unpredictable but considered rewarding for experienced divers.
