This dive site offers a pleasant experience for divers of all levels. The maximum depth is 12 meters, making it ideal for beginners and those returning to the water after a break. The location features an easy walk from the beach followed by exploration along a reef that extends towards a sheltered headland. Conditions are consistently calm, contributing to excellent visibility and light – conditions particularly appealing to underwater photographers. A diverse array of marine life inhabits the bay, including schools of Atlantic and bluefin damselfish, bream, parrotfish, wrasse, lizardfish, and pufferfish. More experienced divers can discover clams, razorfish, juvenile barracudas, trumpetfish, wide-eyed flounders, common stingrays, octopus, cuttlefish, and other fascinating species. During the spring months, predators such as sharks and various fish frequently visit the bay to feed on spawning fish, offering potential opportunities for close encounters with these impressive creatures.
