About this dive site

This dive site is located in Hergiswil, near the Adler restaurant, with numerous paid parking spaces available. Please avoid using the parking spots belonging to the restaurant. The dive begins via a slippery ramp into the lake. After traversing an old wooden construction area and proceeding left, divers will find themselves on a sloping seabed that’s best explored at shallow depths – generally no deeper than 15 meters. The terrain features remnants of old harbor facilities and considerable amounts of debris. Many aquatic plants provide shelter for fish. Due to its proximity to the harbor, this dive site is only suitable for exploration during the winter months. You might have a chance to observe common freshwater fish like Egli, perch, and rudd.
