About this dive site

This dive site is located near Zug, following the Seestrasse towards Arth. After a short distance and an Ortstafel (signboard) for Walchwil, you'll find a parking area on your left after crossing a terrace. The water here offers opportunities to observe native freshwater fish such as egli, perch, rudd, and sunfish. To access the dive site, descend via a small embankment alongside two trees, navigating over large stone blocks – please be aware that these surfaces can be slippery when wet. Divers typically head to the right. Soon after entry, an impressive wall rises before you, featuring some overhangs. At approximately 20 meters depth, a substantial tree trunk lies on the seabed, often covered with fishing lines. The left side of the dive site is characterized by underwater vegetation and provides cover for fish. The overall environment suggests an intermediate level of difficulty.
