Located 60 meters offshore from the Shih Lang snorkeling area in Green Island, on a sandy area 11.5 meters underwater, this underwater postbox is currently the deepest underwater postbox in the world. The mailbox is modeled after Taitung's unique and rare species: Coleman's pygmy seahorse (Hippocampus colemani).
