About this dive site

This dive site is named after Tom, a marine biologist and dive instructor who discovered a thriving colony of seahorses while leading mangrove snorkel tours. The area features diverse habitats including sea grass beds and sandy patches – perfect for exploring a variety of marine life. You’re likely to spot several species of seahorses, each displaying unique sizes and colors. Other common inhabitants include frogfish, razor shrimp fish, nudibranchs, pipefish, and pipehorses. Crocodile fish can be found in the shallow reeds they favor, patiently awaiting their next meal. Blue spotted stingrays and common pipefish thrive in the sandy areas. Keep an eye above as needlefish dart through the water's surface. This site is particularly well-suited for beginners, seahorse enthusiasts, and photographers looking to capture stunning underwater images.
