This dive site is located in Hampton Bays, New York, approximately 15 minutes from the Hampton Dive Center and easily accessible by car. The Ponquogue Bridge offers a shore diving experience with seasonal opportunities to encounter diverse marine life. Fish species observed include triggerfish, bass, butterflyfish, and snowy groupers – sightings are often dependent on the season. It’s a drift dive location popular among local fishermen and divers. Please note that permits may be required seasonally for parking at this location.
