About this dive site

This dive site features the Ken Vitale, a former offshore supply vessel that carried provisions to oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. The ship was renamed in memory of a local dive instructor and now rests upright approximately 70 feet (21.3 meters) below the surface. It's located amongst several other vessels, including the tug Jay Scutti and the freighter Merci Jesus, forming an interesting artificial reef. This wreck offers a unique opportunity to explore a historic site within a cluster of maritime history.
