About this dive site

This dive site is a sheltered bay located in a marine sanctuary. It offers protection from the elements thanks to surrounding reef and kelp forest formations – a south-facing reef and a kelp forest to the south, islands to the west, and a beach to the north. A rock wall extends eastward, alongside a reef and road. Optimal conditions for diving and snorkeling are found when easterly or northerly winds prevail, with swells measuring 1.5 meters or less. The bay is fairly shallow, creating calm waters suitable for various experience levels. The kelp forest around the reef provides abundant habitat for fish. This area is a total no-take zone, preserving its natural biodiversity and ecological integrity.
