Ilha dos Gravatás( Corrida do Capitão ) P & P Mergulho

Ilha Gravatas is an excellent diving location in Búzios, located 40 minutes by boat from Armação dos Búzios (RJ). Divers can explore small caves or observe green sea turtles and hawksbill turtles feeding. A variety of fish shoals are abundant, and various species of rays may be found, including devil rays, loggerhead rays, eagle rays, painted rays, and giant barreling rays. The 'Capitão Race' offers an exciting dive with strong currents, allowing experienced divers to practice advanced skills like buoyancy control, navigation, and body positioning while exploring the island’s rocky walls covered in coral gardens of sun and sea cucumber. Typically, dives reach depths between 8 and 18 meters, depending on the diver's experience level, offering diverse aquatic environments.
