This dive site presents a fascinating wreck experience: the Romanian minelayer Regele Carol I, lost during World War II and sunk by a Soviet submarine L-4. The vessel remains laden with its original cargo at a depth of 24 meters (approximately 78.7 feet) just two miles from Port Varna.
