Stingray Station - Galata

This dive site is a popular location for experiencing the Black Sea. It offers an excellent opportunity to complete a check dive and get acquainted with the conditions of this unique environment. The seabed features a sloping bottom, covered in substantial rocks that descend gradually from 3 meters down to 12 meters. Divers can expect to encounter diverse marine life including sea horses, pipefish, crabs, sand gobies, and commonly found Black Sea stingrays. This dive site is accessible for divers of all skill levels, allowing for mooring dives, drift dives, or even exciting boat night dives.
