This uncrowded site features excellent facilities—including showers, rinse tanks, and rest areas—making it ideal for relaxed, two-tank dives. The entry begins on a gentle sandy slope teeming with nudibranchs, transitioning at 20m/70ft into a dramatic drop-off plunging beyond 40m/130ft, where finger sponges, tube anemones, and coral patches thrive. Sidem is a macro photographer’s paradise, home to rare critters like flasher wrasses, Rhinopia scorpionfish, Mototi octopus, and peacock mantis shrimp, ensuring every dive is a treasure hunt. With its tranquil vibe and rich biodiversity, Sidem is Bali’s off-the-beaten-path wonder.
