About this dive site

Located north of Isola Bella, this dive site offers a beautiful underwater experience suitable for divers of all skill levels. It’s frequently used for introductory dives and refresher courses, and is near the renowned Grotta Azzura (Blue Cave Bay). The dive begins at approximately 5 meters below the boat, gradually descending to depths of 12 or 18 meters within the bay. The rock face leading up to the Blue Cave is particularly striking. The area teems with marine life, including schools of bream and goldline fish, along with moray eels, octopus, and small groupers. It’s also a wonderful location for beginners, allowing them to familiarize themselves with scuba diving techniques, starting with breathing from a regulator at the surface before descending slowly to around 6 meters where they can readily observe small wrasses and bream. This site is excellent for those new to diving or seeking a relaxing introduction to the underwater world.
