About this dive site
This dive site is located in the heart of the largest area within a protected biological zone. The underwater routes are managed by the diving clubs "Delfino Bianco" - Oriago (Ve) and "Free Diver" - Porto Viro (Ro). A rocky outcrop forms part of an isolated but extensive complex, approximately 40,000 square meters in size. The most interesting rocky area is found on the south-east slope where the currents are stronger and a buoy has been placed. The seabed surrounding this area reaches a depth of around 20 meters, while the rocks themselves rise to about 17 meters at their highest points. From the buoy, divers can explore the area heading north, characterized by crevices that provide shelter for grunts and conger eels. To the south, along the rocky cliff face, lies a vast "garden" of Maasella edwardsi. The site is managed by two local diving clubs.
