About this dive site

This dive site is Hondoq Reef, located off the coast of Gozo, Malta. It's characterized by its shallow depth, making it an ideal location for both beginner and experienced divers. The reef is relatively easy to navigate, with a variety of arches, overhangs, and swim-throughs providing ample opportunities for exploration. The abundance of light penetration adds to the overall appeal for photographers.

The reef teems with life, offering a diverse range of marine species for observation. Divers can expect to encounter juvenile grouper, moray eels, nudibranchs, scorpionfish, parrotfish, and rays.
