About this dive site
This dive site, known as Skeleton Wreck, offers a unique experience located at Coron Island. The wreck is a small fishing boat that has largely deteriorated over time, resembling a skeleton – hence its name. It starts at a shallow depth of 4 meters and lies on a slight slant. Because much of the original boat structure has weathered away, only the ribs remain visible. This makes it an ideal dive for beginners. Scuba divers can expect to encounter a variety of macro invertebrates hidden amongst the wreckage. Furthermore, its relatively shallow depth also attracts snorkelers seeking a gentle introduction to underwater exploration.
