This dive site is located on the island of Mouro, an area that has been designated as a special protection zone since 1985. The island’s highest point features a lighthouse providing access to the bay of Santander. Divers can access the underwater environment from a natural area towards the south, where boats typically anchor. The depth at this location ranges from 5 to 9 meters, influenced by tidal conditions. The seabed consists primarily of sand but also includes rocky areas that support diverse native species.
