About this dive site

This dive site is located near Zug and Arth, Switzerland. Access is via a parking area on the right side of the road between Walchwil and Arth, leading to the lake. The parking area is also frequented by non-divers due to its grill facilities. This shallow dive location offers easy access from the shoreline over rocky slopes into the water. Diving takes place in a bay on the left side of the entrance. It's a relatively simple dive suitable for beginners and particularly well-suited for night dives. The area is known for observing various aquatic life throughout the year, including Eglis (Barbel), Trüschen (Perch or Quap), Sonnenbarsche (Sun Barbel), and Kamberkrebse (Mud crabs).
