The wharf walls are strikingly pink due to mineral deposits, creating an unusual and beautiful underwater landscape teeming with marine life. Divers can expect to find a variety of invertebrates including lobsters and nudibranchs amongst the rocks. A notable feature is an old Target shopping cart that has become colonized by marine organisms – it’s a fascinating piece of submerged history. Two primary dive routes are available: first, exploring around the wharf itself; second, crossing over to the other side of Mill Cove Marina for a longer wharf exploration, and finally, investigating the cove's pink rocks for additional wildlife sightings.
