About this dive site
This dive site, named Sandy Cove, offers a pleasant underwater experience. The cove itself is characterized by a gentle sandy slope that gradually transitions into gravel and small cobble formations. Scattered throughout are granite boulders and bedrock ridges, all richly covered with seaweed. Extending outwards from the cove, a sand plain stretches approximately 30 feet. Divers have options to explore within the cove or venture right along the coastline, following easy navigation aided by boulders on the right and sand on the left, potentially reaching depths of 40 feet. The site is suitable for open water divers.
